Reliance DTH user please read this

i am pownraj on 2010 i buyed new Reliance DTH ::: picture quality and audio quality is good and packs also good :: later after 8 month i realised that Reliance DTH never giveing important to channel addition i called the cc and ask them to add captain tv (tamil channel ) but they not added :: even though i had continue with them then in on 2011 from jan to dec every day i called the cc to add captain tv ..they said it will be added in one or two month ..so i upgrade to Reliance HD :: on 2012 also i asked cc they not added captain tv :: i requested them to do software update,add any HD channel ,add tamil channel :: but they r very very slow and even in marketing also they had not intrested :: so finaly i called the cc on 10/10/2012 and told that with in 30days if u not added captain tv ,and not update the HD stb Software , not added more HD channel means on 12/11/12 i am going to buy Other HD DTH ::: but no improvement in Reliance DTH side So i just keept crackers on my antanna and stb and blast it nicly .. then i booked Airtel HD DTH :: now i am geting Captain tv :: software also good ::: so friends u also through u r stb and buy other DTH ya .. RDTV is fully DEAD :::
