839 new FM stations coming soon

Prasar Bharati has revealed that it has plans to set up 839 new FM stations in private sector. The stations would be launched in 290 cities of the country in near future. The plans were revealed by the Secretary Union Information Broadcasting Ministry Uday Kumar Verma at inaugural ceremony and launch of 10 MW FM Channel-2 of the local station of All India Radio popularly known as 'Radio Kashmir. He also further highlighted that the 10 to 20 FM Channels in private sector have been earmarked for Jammu and Kashmir under this programme. As an added incentive he further highlighted that the license fee and the rental fee for the private parties intending to launch FM stations in the state would be half as compared to the private persons in rest of the country.

Thuppakki Movie Box Office Collections

Illayathalapathy Vijay’s Thuppakki has made a Box Office Collection of Rs.65.32 crores worldwide in its opening week. “The film collected Rs.65.32 crores worldwide in the first week. In Tamil Nadu, ‘Thuppakki’ raked in Rs.40 crores and above in the first six days and it continues to run to packed houses. It is also doing good business in neighbouring states such as Kerala and Andhra Pradesh,” trade analyst Trinath told IANS. Directed by A.R. Murugadoss Thuppakki was release on Diwali November 13 in more than 1,500 screens worldwide. Thuppakki collected Rs.1.18 crore in Britain, Rs.1.76 crore in the US and Rs.37.99 lakh in Australia, in its opening weekend.

i am pownraj on 2010 i buyed new Reliance DTH ::: picture quality and audio quality is good and packs also good :: later after 8 month i realised that Reliance DTH never giveing important to channel addition i called the cc and ask them to add captain tv (tamil channel ) but they not added :: even though i had continue with them then in on 2011 from jan to dec every day i called the cc to add captain tv ..they said it will be added in one or two month ..so i upgrade to Reliance HD :: on 2012 also i asked cc they not added captain tv :: i requested them to do software update,add any HD channel ,add tamil channel :: but they r very very slow and even in marketing also they had not intrested :: so finaly i called the cc on 10/10/2012 and told that with in 30days if u not added captain tv ,and not update the HD stb Software , not added more HD channel means on 12/11/12 i am going to buy Other HD DTH ::: but no improvement in Reliance DTH side So i just keept crackers on my antanna and stb and blast it nicly .. then i booked Airtel HD DTH :: now i am geting Captain tv :: software also good ::: so friends u also through u r stb and buy other DTH ya .. RDTV is fully DEAD :::
